தலைமக்கள் இல்வழி இல்

Despite many staid people; if there are no 
head people, no way for army

Vizhiyappan's Commentary: Despite many efficient warriors, who were stable in many wars; if there are no deserved leaders, there is no way for that army to last longer!

Despite many assured youngsters, who have succeeded in many protests; if there are no honest coordinators, that group will not switch as permanent solution!
