Chapter 080: Examining the Friendship (Vizhiyappan's Translation)

0791.  நாடாது நட்டலின் கேடில்லை நட்டபின்
           வீடில்லை நட்பாள் பவர்க்கு

           Nothing evil than friending without examine,
           no escape for friends after friending

           Vizhiyappan's Commentary: There is nothing more evil than befriending without examining! 
           There is no way to escape friendship, after making friends in that manner!

           There is nothing more challenge than entering into politics without thinking! There is no way 
           to exit politics, after entering politics in that manner!

0792.  ஆய்ந்தாய்ந்து கொள்ளாதான் கேண்மை கடைமுறை

           தான்சாம் துயரம் தரும்

           Friendship made without examine after examine,
           will give death-like hardship in the end

           Vizhiyappan's Commentary: The friendship that someone make without examining again and 
           again; will give them a hardship that is on par to death, in the end!

           The agriculture that someone do without weeding again and again; will give them a loss that 
           is equivalent to demonetization, in the end!

0793.  குணனும் குடிமையும் குற்றமும் குன்றா
           இனனும் அறிந்துயாக்க நட்பு

           Make friendship after examining the Character,
           Family, Crime and Unallayed-circle

           Vizhiyappan's Commentary: Special Character/Humanity filled Family/Guiltless Ethic/ 
           Unallayed Circle - Friendship should be made after well analyzing these factors!

           Natural Equity/Universality filled Thought/Faultless Duty/Uncorrupted Property - Leadership 
           should be accepted after deeply analyzing these factors!

0794.  குடிப்பிறந்து தன்கண் பழிநாணு வானைக்
           கொடுத்தும் கொளல்வேண்டும் நட்பு

           Friendship of those born in reputed family and shy
           their blame, be obtained even by giving

           Vizhiyappan's Commentary: Friendship of those who born in a humanity filled family and 
           fear the blame raised on them, should be obtained even by giving anything that is rarely 
           available!

           Victory of those who establish an universality filled party and destroy the corruption of their 
           party-men, should be determined even by denying the rewards given by others!

0795.  அழச்சொல்லி அல்லது இடித்து வழக்கறிய
           வல்லார்நட்பு ஆய்ந்து கொளல்

           Mighty people who make cry or rebuke, should
           be examined and have friendship

           Vizhiyappan's Commentary: Mighty people who knew the custom of life and rebuke either to 
           cry or to understand, on doing non-ethical things, should be examined and have friendship!

           A Guru who knew the power of psychology and train either by feeling or by thought, on 
           doing inhumane things, should be respected and have relationship!

0796.  கேட்டினும் உண்டோர் உறுதி கிளைஞரை
           நீட்டி அளப்பதோர் கோல்

           There is goodness in evil too; it’s the
           scale that measure friends

           Vizhiyappan's Commentary: There is a goodness even in the evil happening to us! That evil 
           is a scale, which precisely measure those who are in our friendship!

           There is a victory even in the war of designation happening in regime! That war is the 
           herbicide, which fully destroy the evil-energies of politics!

0797.  ஊதியம் என்பது ஒருவற்குப் பேதையார்
           கேண்மை ஒரீஇ விடல்

           Remuneration for someone is abandoning
           the friendship of fools

           Vizhiyappan's Commentary: The splendid remuneration of someone is to completely abandon 
           the friendship of those, who do not have rational!

           The greatest source of democracy is to entirely destruct the party of those, who do not have 
           public-good!

0798.  உள்ளற்க உள்ளம் சிறுகுவ கொள்ளற்க
           அல்லற்கண் ஆற்றறுப்பார் நட்பு

           Think not those shrink the mind; friendship
           not those who abandon in hardship

           Vizhiyappan's Commentary: Do not think the things, which trouble the mind! Similarly, do 
           not have the friendship of those who abandon when hardship occurs!

           Do not create the partitions, which destroy the humane! Similarly, do not accept the 
           leadership of those who encroach while having authority!

0799.  கெடுங்காலைக் கைவிடுவார் கேண்மை அடுங்காலை
           உள்ளினும் உள்ளஞ் சுடும்

           Friendship of those who abandon during evil,
           will hurt even if thought during death

           Vizhiyappan's Commentary: Friendship of those who abandon when evil happens, will hurt 
           the heart even if remembered during the death!

           Reign of those who do not prevent when the nature is destroyed, will give turmoil even at the 
           end stage of regime! 

0800.  மருவுக மாசற்றார் கேண்மைஒன்று ஈத்தும்
           ஒருவுக ஒப்பிலார் நட்பு

           Have friendship of faultless people, deny friendship
           of inappropriate people even by giving

           Vizhiyappan's Commentary: Have the friendship of those who are faultless in thought, by 
           losing anything! Abandon the friendship of those who do not agree in good ethics, by giving  
           anything!

           Accept the leadership of those who are uninterested in corruption, by denying the freebie! 
           Reject the leadership of those who do not have desire in democracy, even by giving donation!
