Those don't speak kindly & make friendships, 
will backbite and separate

Vizhiyappan's Commentary: Those who do not know to speak kindly and make friendships, will gossip and separate the existing relationships.

Those who are unable to think public welfare and integrate parties, will destroy their self and demolish the existing alliance.
