ஒன்னார்த் தெறலும் உவந்தாரை ஆக்கலும்
எண்ணின் தவத்தான் வரும்

Defeating the adversaries & raising the neighbors,
can be executed by penance

Vizhiyappan's Commentary: If there is an intention to defeat the adversaries and to raise the neighbors, it can be executed with the ability of practicing penance.

If there is an initiative to destroy the evil deeds and to increase the good deeds, it could be achieved  with the thoughts those trigger search.
