பொருள்நீங்கிப் பொச்சாந்தார் என்பர் அருள்நீங்கி
அல்லவை செய்தொழுகு வார்

Those avoid ethics & forget birth-benefits, will
detach grace & do evil

Vizhiyappan's Commentary: Those who avoid the ethical things and forgot the benefit of birth, will detach the good ethics called grace and live by doing evil.

Those who do not apply the sixth sense and do not realize the humane, will forget the good character called sharing and live by deceiving others.
