Except that being alive, Illiterates are
alike useless barren land

Vizhiyappan's Commentary: Except for the quantification of existing people, the fact of illiterates being alive is on par to the dry-land having an useless soil.

Except for the proof of existing reign, the reality of unjustified people in the regime is equivalent to the blooming flowers of tree that gives “inedible fruits”.
