Desire on speech by illiterates, is alike the
lust of girl without two breasts

Vizhiyappan's Commentary: The desire to deliver a speech, by those who do not have educational knowledge, is similar to the lust of a girl whose two breasts are not developed yet.

The participation of those who do not have talent, in world competition, is similar to someone who gets prepared for the border-war without military training.
