தெளிவி லதனைத் தொடங்கார் இளிவென்னும்

ஏதப்பாடு அஞ்சு பவர்

Who fear the guilt called blame, won't
initiate anything without clarity

Vizhiyappan's Commentary: Those who fear for the guilt called blame, will not initiate the deeds without having the clarity on the consequences.
