மனநலத்தின் ஆகும் மறுமைமற் றஃதும்
இனநலத்தின் ஏமாப் புடைத்து

Healthy mind enhances the birth-benefit,
healthy group protects that benefit

Vizhiyappan's Commentary: The birth-benefit of someone will be enhanced by the strength of mind; and that benefit will be protected by the highly healthy group they belong to.

The development of a company will be expanded by the work of labors; and that expansion will be stabilized with the support of hard working union they belong to.
