இல்லை நிலக்குப் பொறை

Tyranny associates the unlearned;
than it, no burden to earth

Vizhiyappan's Commentary: A regime that occurs in a threatening manner, will add the support of those who do not learn ethics. Than it, there is no greater burden to a nation!
