கொலைமேற்கொண் டாரின் கொடிதே அலைமேற்கொண்டு
அல்லவை செய்தொழுகும் வேந்து

A king who persecute and practice doing bad,
is cruel than who do murder

Vizhiyappan's Commentary: The ruler who persecute the public and practice to do the non-ethical things, is more cruel than those who do murder as a profession.

The person who dislike the relationships and ignore by speaking untruthful things, is more dangerous than who gets bribe as a custom.
