நன்மையும் தீமையும் நாடி நலம்புரிந்த
தன்மையான் ஆளப் படும்

Those who can analyze good & bad, and do good, 
should handle the deeds

Vizhiyappan's Commentary: The deeds should be handed over to those who are capable of analyzing both the good & bad, and do only the good.
