If rarely available time is available, do
rarely doable deeds then itself

Vizhiyappan's Commentary: If there is a chance to avail the rarely available time, the rarely doable deeds should be done at that moment itself.

If there is a chance to reach the rarely reachable Guru, the rarely learnable basics should be learnt without delay.
