தொடங்கற்க எவ்வினையும் எள்ளற்க முற்றும்
இடங்கண்ட பின்அல் லது

Neither initiate nor despise any deed, until 
knowing the place to complete

Vizhiyappan's Commentary: Do not initiate any deed without analyzing and understanding the favorable place to complete! Similarly, do not despise thinking that it is easy.

Do not engage any party without deeply realizing the element required for democracy! Correspondingly, do not disrespect thinking that it is right.
