Inapplicable anger is evil; even if applicable,
nothing is evil than it

Vizhiyappan's Commentary: The anger that is shown where it is inapplicable, is evil; even where it is applicable, nothing is more evil than the anger itself.

The repression conducted in an unfairly manner, is destructible; even if it is conducted in a fairly manner, nothing is more destructible than the repression itself.
