Should control anger where it works; what if
controlled or not where it backfires

Vizhiyappan's Commentary: Those who control the anger where they have authority, are who actually control the anger; what if the anger is controlled or not where there is no authority.

Giving the food to those who are hurt by hunger, is actually the food-donation; what if the food is given or not to those who are not hungry.
