சொற்கோட்டம் இல்லது செப்பம் ஒருதலையா
உட்கோட்டம் இன்மை பெறின்

Unbiased mind will speak unbiased words,
which is called neutrality

Vizhiyappan's Commentary: If it is possible to be unbiased in mind,  there will be no bias in the words spoken as well; that stance is called neutrality.

If the parents can be impartial with the gender of children, they will be nonpartisan in growing them as well; those parents are considered great.
