தினைத்துணையாம் குற்றம் வரினும் பனைத்துணையாக்
கொள்வர் பழிநாணு வார்

Those who fear for blame, will treat
millet-sized guilt as palm-sized

Vizhiyappan's Commentary: Even if an action lead to millet-sized guilt, those who fear for blame will treat it as the size of palm and eliminate the guilt.

Even if a department conduct a drop of corruption, those who respect the people will consider it as ocean-sized and punish the officers.
