அறிவுடையார் ஆவது அறிவார் அறிவிலார்
அஃதறி கல்லா தவர்

Wise know what will happen; unwise
are unlearned that knowledge

Vizhiyappan's Commentary: Who have the ability to ration, will know the forthcoming incidents in advance; who could not ration, will be those do not have talent to know so.
