"Enchantment reciters" can relearn their lessons;
indiscipline will degrade them

Vizhiyappan's Commentary: "Enchantment reciters" can relearn if they forget what they learnt; if they are indiscipline, they will be degraded from the highly civilized state.

Human can rectify if there is any error in their acts; if they have faulty mind, they will be deteriorated from "Six Sense" animal.
