0561. தக்காங்கு நாடித் தலைச்செல்லா வண்ணத்தால்
ஒத்தாங்கு ஒறுப்பது வேந்து
King is who analyze neutrally and punish
accordingly, so it isn't repeated
Vizhiyappan's Commentary: The rulers are those who analyze the crimes by being neutral,
and punish according to the crimes; so as such crimes do not occur again.

The teachers are those who identify the errors by approaching with motherhood, and help to
eliminate the errors; so as such errors do not happen again.
0562. கடிதோச்சி மெல்ல எறிக நெடிதுஆக்கம்
நீங்காமை வேண்டு பவர்
Those who want extended progress should harshly
denounce and moderately punish
Vizhiyappan's Commentary: Those who want to continue the reign for long time; should
strongly denounce the crimes, and should moderately grant the punishment!

Those who need the relationships to prolong for long time; should hastily debate the flaws,
and should slowly grow the enmity!
0563. வெருவந்த செய்தொழுகும் வெங்கோலன் ஆயின்
ஒருவந்தம் ஒல்லைக் கெடும்
If king is tyrant and overdo, will
surely be destroyed soon
Vizhiyappan's Commentary: If the king is tyrant and do things by threatening the pubic, his
reign will surely be destroyed at the earliest.

If the teacher is dire-minded and give punishments by torturing the students, his job will
surely be lost at the soonest.
0564. இறைகடியன் என்றுரைக்கும் இன்னாச்சொல் வேந்தன்
உறைகடுகி ஒல்லைக் கெடும்
Shameful saying as "King is cruel", will
decay and destroy the king soon
Vizhiyappan's Commentary: The regime of ruler that is described by the shameful-words as
"Who rule us is cruel", will lose the reign and will destroy at the earliest.

The life of elders who are accused by the blameful-words as "Who conduct us is evil", will
lose the lifespan and will end at the soonest.
0565. அருஞ்செவ்வி இன்னா முகத்தான் பெருஞ்செல்வம்
பேஎய்கண் டன்னது உடைத்து
Huge-wealth of those who are inaccessible and
harsh face, is like obtained by demon
Vizhiyappan's Commentary: The exorbitant-wealth of those who are not easily approachable
and be with harsh face, is like that is obtained by the demon.

The boundless-love of those who have no bond in relationship and be with inhumane nature,
is like that is buried in the ocean.
0566. கடுஞ்சொல்லன் கண்இலன் ஆயின் நெடுஞ்செல்வம்
நீடின்றி ஆங்கே கெடும்
If king is merciless and speaks harsh, huge
wealth will decay without growth
Vizhiyappan's Commentary: If the ruler speaks harsh-words and be without mercy; the
mountain-size wealth of people, will not have growth and decay sooner.

If the parents practice evil-deeds and be without discipline; the ocean-size power of youth,
will not be useful and destroy faster.
0567. கடுமொழியும் கையிகந்த தண்டமும் வேந்தன்
அடுமுரண் தேய்க்கும் அரம்
Harsh-word and limitless-punishment are
the file that curtail king's victory
Vizhiyappan's Commentary: The loveless words and exorbitant punishments are the sawing
tools, which break and decimate the victory of ruler.

The ethical-less thoughts and ruthless acts are the deadly poisons, which rupture and destroy
the basic of mankind.
0568. இனத்துஆற்றி எண்ணாத வேந்தன் சினத்துஆற்றிச்
சீறின் சிறுகும் திரு
If king don't follow team, but follow anger
and be wrathful, wealth will decrease
Vizhiyappan's Commentary: If the king do not follow the ministers, i.e. members of the
government, but follow the anger and become wrathful; the wealth of government will be
destroyed.

If the family-members do not maintain the relationships, i.e. veins of the generation, but
maintain the hatred and develop enmity; the growth of generation will be decreased.
0569. செருவந்த போழ்தில் சிறைசெய்யா வேந்தன்
வெருவந்து வெய்து கெடும்
King who don't protect for crisis,
will get fear and rapidly ruin
Vizhiyappan's Commentary: The regime of a ruler who do not make protection in advance,
for the crisis situation such as war; will get fear and rapidly ruin.

The family of a leader who do not make arrangement in advance, for the unexpected
incidents such as job-loss, will get poverty and speedly derail.
0570. கல்லார்ப் பிணிக்கும் கடுங்கோல் அதுவல்லது
இல்லை நிலக்குப் பொறை
Tyranny associates the unlearned;
than it, no burden to earth
Vizhiyappan's Commentary: A regime that occurs in a threatening manner, will add the
support of those who do not learn ethics. Than it, there is no greater burden to a nation!

A business that is happening in a robbing way, will appoint those who do not know kindness
as brokers. Than it, there is no greater defect to a society!
