இறையென்று வைக்கப் படும்

A king who plan ethics & guards, be felt
on par to God by public

Vizhiyappan's Commentary: A ruler who plan ethical acts and guard the public, will be felt on par to God in the heart of the public.

Vizhiyappan's Commentary: If the ruler is mighty in speaking kind and giving the needs, the world will secure their reputation and become like as the ruler wish for.

If the leader is persistent in targeting the public-welfare and uprooting the corruption, the public will be supportive to them and help the leader conquer.

his country will be praised

Vizhiyappan's Commentary: If the ruler looks very simple and do not speak invective to hurt others, the country they rule will be praised high.

Vizhiyappan's Commentary: Having the mighty in "creating, enhancing and securing" the financial resources, and properly sharing those secured - is called the Government.

Vizhiyappan's Commentary: Having the self-honors such as “unfailing the ethical acts, avoiding the unethical acts and not losing the valor” is the real government.
