ஆபயன் குன்றும் அறுதொழிலோர் நூல்மறப்பர்
காவலன் காவான் எனின்

If guardian don't guard; cow's use reduces,
those serve god will forget scripture

Vizhiyappan's Commentary: If the rulers who need to guard, fails to guard; the use of cow called  dairying, will decrease! Those who have the profession to serve god, will forget the scripture!

If the teachers who need to teach, fails to teach; the use of education called thinking, will scatter! Those who have the basic of humane, will aspire the religion!

Vizhiyappan's Commentary: If the ruler do reign by failing with the scepter; the monsoon will also fail, and the sky will not shower.

Vizhiyappan's Commentary: It is more misery to be a possessor than being with poverty; under the reign of a ruler, who do not apply the proper scepter.
